Delivery Information

Shipping Information : Any order made from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) until 12:00 local time within Greece is shipped  in three business days.

Shipping costs for shipping within Greece are completely free of charge.

Shipment of products takes place all over Greece, at the place you indicate on the order form, within 1-5 business days.For inaccessible areas the delivery time may vary. The company has no responsibility for any delays due to reasons of force majeure  such as strikes, extreme weather events, natural disasters, terrorist acts, war, major fluctuations in the exchange rate, sudden governmental or legislative acts

Note: The courier company is delivering Monday_Friday 09:00-18:00 and Saturday 10:00-16:00. In case that the delivery does not take place at the first attempt, the courier company will keep the parcel in the office serving the corresponding shipping area for 3 business days and will try to contact the recipient at least 3 times on the telephone number declared by order on www.marumeleniou.com, with text messages and calls. In case that the recipient can not be reached and the stacking time of the parcel occurs, the order will be returned to the company office. 

Pay on delivery: In such cases where an order is nor delivered to the final recipient under his liability or negligence www.marumeleniou.com will not resend the order and reserves the right not to send any future order to the same person.

Orders via credit card or bank deposit: In case that an order is not received by the customer's fault or negligence and which was prepaid via credit or bank deposit, the shipping costs are charged to the customer. The company will contact the customer and after sending the shipping costs to a bank account of the company the order will be resent (the amount includes the return of the package at the offices of the company and the cost of the second shipment).
